Growth is a very essential part of every human lives, it is either you do it consciously and deliberately or you are left with no other option than to grow when circumstances finally hit you on the face. 

As much as we all will agree to the fact that we grow, how many of us try to take out time to deliberately pinpoint those areas we've consciously given our time and resources to. It may be your personal, financial, psychology or spiritual life. Having to deliberately go through how much you've given yourself to deliberately grow.

In this article, we will deliberately outline several ways one can track his or growth level in regards to your day-to-day activities and what you constantly devote your time to do.

- **Consciously Keep A Calendar**
As the day goes by, you have a goal to meet before the end of the day or the week. It is what you want to see yourself achieve that you deliberately open up to. So if you have a goal, it simply means that you are expected to have some kind of calendar that can help track your growth.

This is because a calendar can serve as one of the tools one can use to track one's goal. Basically, this can be done either with a sticker, symbols, or even a maker. 

This calendar can be a daily calendar because you want to know and track your personal growth.

- **Take A Trial**
You might always think you are making progress just because you put yourself in your comfort zone. The truth is, you have to let others into what you call your comfort zone most times. Such people should be people who genuinely hopes to see you win. Let's say you're working on a speech you plan presenting in a particular event, it is crucial that you read it to two or three close persons.

This is because you will always sound right in your ears. You need another eyes and ear to make you spot some errors and me corrections.

- **Make a Video of yourself**
Ever wondered the feelings you can get when you sit to watch yourself say out loud what you've achieved for the week or the month. Doing something like this leaves your feet high.

A video is also one of the many ways to track your growth. You can choose to make a video, saying what you have achieved that day and what you failed to achieve them and how you are going to make sure you achieve them.
