## How to make chocolate from cocoa

**Ingredients**

- Two thirds of a cup of cocoa.
- One and a half cups of sugar.
- 1/4 cup water.
- One teaspoon of vanilla.

**How to prepare**

- Bring a deep bowl, and put on medium heat.
- Add sugar, cocoa, and water in the bowl.
- Leave to boil for 2 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the fire.
- Add the vanilla to the bowl, then stir well.
- Transfer the chocolate sauce in the serving dish, served with the cake.

I love making my own chocolate but I use dates and cacao and virgin coconut and some plantbased milk instead of sugar and water! But I love your work and the inspiration you give people to create their own food and sweets! Love, Niina
