 Saludos estimada comunidad amante de la comida y el buen sabor #foodiesbeehive, que Dios les bendiga, deseo  se encuentren disfrutando de buena salud en unión de sus seres queridos aprovechando la época más hermosa y colorida del año La Navidad para compartir y estar con la familia;  me siento feliz de compartir con ustedes una #receta preparar un delicioso almuerzo: Carne molida a la naranja con espagueti y plátano fito, es un plato común en los hogares Venezolanos, pero variar el sabor agregué jugo de naranja a la carne y el resultado es fue una deliciosa mezcla de sabores con un toque dulce por la naranja y ácido; ya que uno de los ají resultó muy picante, este contraste de sabores me gustó mucho y también a mi familia.

Seguidamente retiré las semillas y conchas, luego corté el ajo porro en rodajas, la cebolla ají y papa en cubos. Además pelé y trituré los ajos.

Sofreí los aliños (ajo, cebolla, ají, ajo porro) en una cuchara de aceite por 3 minutos a fuego bajo; luego agregué las papas y cociné por 4 minutos.

Agregué la carne previamente lavada, sal y color al gusto, mezclé y dejé en cocción a fuego medio por 20 minutos,  con la olla tapada para extraer la mayor cantidad posible de jugos de la carne y los vegetales,  de esta forma no agrego agua al guiso.

Mientras la carne se cocinaba llevé al  fuego una olla con 3 litros de agua, al hervir agregué el espagueti, sal gusto y dejé en cocción por 10 minutos a fuego alto, retiré colé y agregué 1 cuchara de margarina.

Pasados los 20 minutos, agregué el jugo de naranja al guiso, mezclé, rectifiqué la sal  y cociné por 10 minutos  a fuego medio, hasta que el guiso absorba por completo el jugo de naranja.
