My version of Rice a the gardener 🥘 Mi Versión de Arroz a la Jardinera [ENG- ESP]

Greetings dear community #Plantpower(Vegan), happy and blessed start of the week, I wish you are enjoying good health, this day I want to share with you a #recipe to prepare Arroz a la jardinera, it is my own version; I did not use the ingredients that usually requires this dish (peas, carrots, tomato, cumin, onion, turmeric, black pepper and corn), instead I replaced the peas with green chili, turmeric by color (onoto), tomato by red chili and I did not use spices.

The objective was to give a lot of color to this dish so, in addition to the above mentioned ingredients, I used white and purple onion; the combination of these vegetables gave an excellent flavor and the chili that I bought as sweet chili came out spicy, which was very appropriate because it adds that special spicy touch to the rice.

Rice (Oryza sativa), is one of the most consumed cereals in the world, with which you can prepare various sweet and savory dishes, flour is also obtained with which delicious gluten-free cookies are prepared; its consumption and use has spread every day more relevance in skin care and beauty products (cosmetics). In the kitchen it is very versatile and easy to prepare.

 Saludos estimada comunidad #Plantpower(Vegano), feliz y bendecido inicio de semana, deseo se encuentren disfrutando de buena salud, este día quiero compartir con ustedes una #receta para preparar Arroz a la jardinera, es mi propia versión; no utilicé los ingredientes que por lo general requiere este plato (Guisantes, zanahoria, tomate,  comino, cebolla cúrcuma, pimienta negra y maíz), en su lugar sustituí los guisantes por ají verde, la cúrcuma por color (onoto), el tomate por ají rojo y no usé especies.

El objetivo era darle mucho color a este plato por lo cual, además, de los ingredientes mencionados usé cebolla blanca y morada; la combinación de estos vegetales dio un excelente sabor y los ají que compré como ají dulce salieron picantes, lo cual fue muy oportuno porque agrego ese toque de picante especial al arroz.

 El Arroz (Oryza sativa), constituye uno de los cereales más consumido en el mundo, con el pueden preparar diversos platillos dulces y salados, también se obtiene harina con la cual se preparan deliciosas galletas libres de glutén;  su consumo y uso se ha extendido cada día mayor relevancia en los productos de cuidado y belleza de la piel (cosméticos). En la cocina es muy versátil y de sencilla preparación.
