Hola estimada comunidad amante de la comida, que Dios les bendiga, deseo  se encuentren disfrutando de buena salud.
 En esta ocasión les comparto una #receta para preparar un Nutritivo y delicioso desayuno: Arepas con perico, plátano frito y café con leche ideal para iniciar el día con energía.

La arepa con perico es un plato muy común en  mi país, en el perico se pueden mezclar diversos ingredientes, los más usados son huevo, tomate , cebolla, ajo  y ají, suele agregarse jamón, salchicha, atún y sardina en lata  a esta preparación, lo que la hace más deliciosa; es una receta sencilla y rápida de preparar cuando tenemos poco tiempo para cocinar, además de comer con arepas el perico se acompaña con arroz, pasta y los infaltables plátanos fritos con excelente y oportuno sabor dulce que dan el toque perfecto a la comida.

Lavado el plátano , quité la concha y corté en tajadas, llevé a la sartén,  freí hasta dorar por ambos lados, retiré y reservé.
