Saludos @belug! Que gran nivel tienes al momento de realizar las posturas de yoga además de la fuerza que has adquirido, una muy buena fuera de flexibilidad. Voy a estar atento al contenido que nos vayas a compartir porque para ser sincero contigo, necesito aplicar este estilo de entrenamiento de yoga a mi estructuración de entrenamiento que me beneficiaran muchísimo ya que también es fundamental para el deportista tener un equilibrio, control y flexibilidad del cuerpo, Todo muy bien detallado y el video quedo super.
