#  Caminata a la orilla Del Mar: trayecto Reñaca - Viña, Chile

Hola a mis queridos amigos de la comunidad de Full Deportes!! En esta ocasión estaré compartiendo con ustedes una caminata de una hora de duración en donde se puede observar un bellísimo paisaje costero, precisamente en Viña Del Mar.

La caminata es desde una pequeña ciudad llamada Reñaca hacia una playa que se denomina “La Playa del Deporte”, un espacio que sin duda alguna amerita una publicación propia por tratarse de un área diseñada en exclusivo para la actividad física.

The little trekking that I share today consists of a trail of minimal difficulty that anyone can do, in fact, I did it with my father one of these days, who already has his years, hehe.

The only bad thing about this sector is that the sidewalk is very narrow and no bike path has been designed, so pedestrians and cyclists meet constantly, and everyone has to slow down to avoid colliding.

El pequeño trekking que comparto hoy consiste en un sendero de dificultad mínima que puede hacer cualquier persona, de hecho, lo hice con mi padre uno de estos días, que ya tiene sus añitos, jeje.

Lo único malo de este sector es que la vereda para andar es muy estrecha y no se ha diseñado una ciclovía, por lo que peatones y ciclistas se encuentran de manera constante, y todos tienen que frenar para no chocarse.

In spite of that, it is very beautiful to walk there, since the landscape and the sea capture the attention of those who pass by. Beaches are interspersed with cliffs and old buildings, offering wonderful landscapes of the coast. In addition to this, a large number of seagulls fly almost permanently over the sky, making it clear that they are the emblematic animal of this area of Chile.

While on one side the coastline unfolds, on the other side, there is a busy highway that connects multiple cities along the coast of this country. Cars, buses, cabs and trucks constantly pass by you, which, if you focus on it, could interfere with your serene walk. However, it is not something that in my opinion "ruins" the beauty of this trek.

A pesar de eso es muy bello caminar por allí, ya que el paisaje el mar logra capturar la atención de quien pase por allí. Playas se intercalan con acantilados y con viejas construcciones, ofreciendo paisajes maravillosos de la costa. Sumado a ello, una gran cantidad de gaviotas sobrevuelan de manera casi permanente el cielo, dejando en claro que son el animal emblemático de esta zona de Chile.

Si bien a un costado se despliega la costa, hacia el otro, se extiende una transitada autopista que conecta múltiples ciudades de la costa de este país. Autos buses, taxis y camiones pasan constantemente a tu lado, lo cual, si te enfocas en ello, podría interferir en tu serena caminata. Sin embargo, no es algo que a mi parecer “arruine” la belleza de este trekking.

Aunque la dificultad del mismo, me animo a decir, es ínfima, el camino de ida es de subida y la vereda tiene algunos desniveles y espacios en donde se estrecha o ensancha más. Esto, considero, le agrega una linda pizca de sal y pimienta, ya que nos hace mantenernos concentrados en El Paso a paso y además ayuda a tonificar los músculos. No vi riesgos de caídas. Sobre todo cuando fui con mi papá, observé cómo seguía el este camino, y no tuvo inconveniente. Pero sí que alguien que está absolutamente desconcentrado de lo que está haciendo, podría tropezar. Igualmente andan por este sector patinadores, aún con estos pequeños desniveles de la vereda. Creo que ese es el ejemplo más claro de que no estaríamos ante un riesgo evidente de caídas más allá de un despiste que podría existir en cualquier otro espacio.

El camino de vuelta es ameno, ya que está en bajada principalmente, por lo que, aunque uno se demora media hora igual, pareciera ser más tiempo.

This, I think, adds a nice pinch of salt and pepper, as it makes us stay focused on the step by step and also helps to tone muscles. I saw no risk of falling. Especially when I went with my dad, I watched him follow the path, and he was fine with it. But I did see that someone who is completely unfocused on what they are doing could stumble. Skateboarders also walk along this sector, even with these small unevennesses in the sidewalk. I think that this is the clearest example that we would not be facing an obvious risk of falling beyond a mistake that could exist in any other space.

The way back is pleasant, since it is mainly downhill, so that, although it takes half an hour, it seems to be longer.

Realizan esta caminata personas de todas las edades y a cualquier hora del día, ya que la brisa Del Mar es fresca y está casi de manera permanente presente. Al menos ha sido así en estos días en que he estado aquí. A pesar de esto, recomiendo ejercitar por el sector por la mañana, hasta las 12 y por la tarde, desde las 18, ya que el sol se siente demasiado fuerte entre 12 y 18, y esto podría ser perjudicial para la salud.

pequeño trekking que comparto hoy consiste en un sendero de dificultad mínima que puede hacer cualquier persona, de hecho, lo hice con mi padre uno de estos días, que ya tiene sus añitos, jeje.\r\n\r\nLo único malo de este sector es que la vereda para andar es muy estrecha y no se ha diseñado una ciclovía, por lo que peatones y ciclistas se encuentran de manera constante, y todos tienen que frenar para no chocarse. class=\"pull-left\">\r\n\r\n<div class=\"text-justify\">\r\n\r\nIn spite of that, it is very beautiful to walk there, since the landscape and the sea capture the attention of those who pass by. Beaches are interspersed with cliffs and old buildings, offering wonderful landscapes of the coast. In addition to this, a large number of seagulls fly almost permanently over the sky, making it clear that they are the emblematic animal of this area of Chile.\r\n\r\nWhile on one side the coastline unfolds, on the other side, there is a busy highway that connects multiple cities along the coast of this country. Cars, buses, cabs and trucks constantly pass by you, which, if you focus on it, could interfere with your serene walk. However, it is not something that in my opinion \"ruins\" the beauty of this trek.\r\n\r\n\r\n</div>\r\n\r\n</div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"pull-left\">\r\n\r\n<div class=\"text-justify\">\r\n\r\nA pesar de eso es muy bello caminar por allí, ya que el paisaje el mar logra capturar la atención de quien pase por allí. Playas se intercalan con acantilados y con viejas construcciones, ofreciendo paisajes maravillosos de la costa. Sumado a ello, una gran cantidad de gaviotas sobrevuelan de manera casi permanente el cielo, dejando en claro que son el animal emblemático de esta zona de Chile.\r\n\r\nSi bien a un costado se despliega la costa, hacia el otro, se extiende una transitada autopista que conecta múltiples ciudades de la costa de este país. Autos buses, taxis y camiones pasan constantemente a tu lado, lo cual, si te enfocas en ello, podría interferir en tu serena caminata. Esto, considero, le agrega una linda pizca de sal y pimienta, ya que nos hace mantenernos concentrados en El Paso a paso y además ayuda a tonificar los músculos. No vi riesgos de caídas. Sobre todo cuando fui con mi papá, observé cómo seguía el este camino, y no tuvo inconveniente. Pero sí que alguien que está absolutamente desconcentrado de lo que está haciendo, podría tropezar. Igualmente andan por este sector patinadores, aún con estos pequeños desniveles de la vereda. Creo que ese es el ejemplo más claro de que no estaríamos ante un riesgo evidente de caídas más allá de un despiste que podría existir en cualquier otro espacio.\r\n\r\nEl camino de vuelta es ameno, ya que está en bajada principalmente, por lo que, aunque uno se demora media hora igual, pareciera ser más tiempo.\r\n\r\n\r\n</div>\r\n\r\n</div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"pull-left\">\r\n\r\n<div class=\"text-justify\">\r\n\r\nAlthough the difficulty of it, I dare say, is minimal, the way there is uphill and the path has some slopes and spaces where it narrows or widens more. This, I think, adds a nice pinch of salt and pepper, as it makes us stay focused on the step by step and also helps to tone muscles. I saw no risk of falling. Especially when I went with my dad, I watched him follow the path, and he was fine with it. But I did see that someone who is completely unfocused on what they are doing could stumble. Skateboarders also walk along this sector, even with these small unevennesses in the sidewalk. Al menos ha sido así en estos días en que he estado aquí. Una caminata casi que ha orillas del mar, en mi estado se frecuenta un lugar muy parecido y puedo decir que es increíble entrenar al aire libre, salir de las cuatro paredes de la casa o el gym para entrenar cuerpo y mente.
