# Magic nature at North Cliff Beach, Tel Aviv, Israel

Hello to everyone in the great Liketu community!!! It's a pleasure to be here once again! Today I come to share with you a spectacular experience that I had in April of this year 2022, and it is that my friend, who is Israeli and lives in that country, took me to know her favorite place where she practices Yoga.

We had intended to practice facing the sea, do some Sun Salutations and then have breakfast on the beach with food that we had brought to the meeting, but that day the wind literally prevented us from doing so. There was no way to even walk calmly. In fact we could see how hard it was for the seagulls to fly.

So we proceeded to have breakfast right next to where she does her practice, in a place that is facing the sea and is called ***Mandarin beach***. We were so lucky that we got a table right next to the window.

We had cappuccino for breakfast with a cheesecake that we shared between the two of us, since in my friend's car we had a lot of food that we had brought for a day of camping and yoga on the beach, which clearly ended up turning into a pretty urban outing, haha.

After breakfast we went for a walk along the seashore for a while. I was so happy... I remember thanking my friend for sharing such beautiful scenery with me. Although the wind was really unbearable, not because it was cold but because of its speed, at one point I stopped feeling it. 

The good thing was that it didn't kick up sand, so even though it was hard to move because we were going against the wind, I could clearly see the buildings behind a rock formation, and then, when we passed it and looked back, the landscape looked so natural that it seemed like you had suddenly escaped from the city.

This area is located north of Tel Aviv, the most important city for tourism in this country at the moment, because although Jerusalem is the capital, Tel Aviv is functioning a little more as such due to the conflicts and tension in Jerusalem.

The beach that you will see in the photos is called ***North Cliff Beach***, and has this particularity of having these rocks on one side, which have a different formation than the rocks of the beaches in the center of the city, which are also beautiful.

As you can see in the photos, the sky was turquoise and the clouds dotted that bluish mantle as if a painter had thrown them with a brushstroke.

The brown tones of the sand and rocks with the light blue palette of the sea and the sky, added to the white of the clouds, made a perfect portrait. In addition, as one walked, the sun that peeked at times, played with the shapes, sharing shadows and lights that reminded you at every moment the dynamism of nature.

# Naturaleza mágica en North Cliff Beach, Tel Aviv, Israel

Hola a todos en la grandiosa comunidad de Liketu!! Es un placer estar por aquí una vez más! Hoy les vengo a compartir una experiencia espectacular que tuve en abril de este año 2022, y es que mi amiga, quien es israelí y vive en ese país, me llevó a conocer su lugar preferido donde practica Yoga.

Teníamos la intención de practicar mirando al mar, hacer unos Saludos al Sol y luego desayunar en la playa con comida que habíamos llevado a la juntada, pero aquel día el viento literalmente nos lo impidió. No había manera siquiera de caminar tranquilamente. De hecho veíamos cómo les costaba volar a las gaviotas.

Así que procedimos a ir a desayunar justo al lado de donde ella hace sus prácticas, en un lugar que está mirando al mar y que se llama ***Mandarin beach***. Tuvimos tanta suerte que conseguimos una mesa justo al lado del ventanal.

Desayunamos capuchino con un cheesecake que compartimos entre las dos, ya que en el auto de mi amiga teníamos muchísima comida que habíamos llevado para pasar un día de camping y yoga en la playa, que claramente terminó convirtiéndose en una salida bastante urbana, jaja.

Después de desayunar fuimos a caminar un rato a la orilla del mar. Fui tan feliz… recuerdo haberle agradecido a mi amiga que compartiera conmigo tan hermoso paisaje. Aunque el viento era realmente insoportable, no por lo frío sino por la velocidad que tenía, en un momento dejé de sentirlo. 

Lo bueno fue que no levantó arena, así que aunque nos costaba movernos porque íbamos en contra del viento, pude observar con claridad los edificios que habían detrás de una formación rocosa, y luego, al pasarla y mirar hacia atrás, el paisaje se mostraba tan natural que parecía que de pronto habías escapado de la ciudad.

Este espacio se encuentra al norte de Tel Aviv, la ciudad más importante actualmente para el turismo en este país, ya que si bien Jerusalén es la capital, está funcionando un poco más como tal Tel Aviv por los conflictos y tensión existentes en Jerusalén.

La playa que verán en las fotos se llama ***North Cliff Beach***, y tiene esta particularidad de contar con esas rocas a un costado, que presentan una formación diferente a las rocas de las playas del centro de la ciudad, que igualmente son preciosas.

Como pueden apreciar en las fotos, el cielo estaba turquesa y las nubes salpicaban aquel manto azulado como si un pintor las hubiese lanzado de un pincelazo.

Las tonalidades marrones de la arena y las rocas con la paleta de celestes Del Mar y el cielo, sumado al blanco de las nubes, hacían un retrato perfecto. Además, a medida que una caminaba, el sol que se asomaba por momentos, jugaba con las formas, compartiendo sombras y luces que te recordaban a cada instante el dinamismo de la naturaleza.

Al comenzar a leer justamente me imaginaba la cantidad de arena volando por todos lados pero ya aclaraste que eso no sucedió!
A veces se planea una cosa y se termina haciendo otra pero que resulta bastante bien y este fue el caso.

Yes, I'm living here already for close to 30 years, moved from Kazakhstan, but was born in Ukraina - too complicated story of life :-)
I'm glad to know that you loved my country, I saw some posts from Jerusalem as well. 
I'm living in a small village in the center and drive every day 30 km to my workplace in Telaviv. I love to travel here inside the country. 
About to live here. It's very very expensive to live here, to have kids, a family. And life is more and more screwing people here. Many of my friends are looking the way how to move to Portugal or to Spain :)))) i fell in love with Barcelona by myself :-) 
I can only say that many places are looking very attractive and nice when we know and see them as tourists. 
 I don't know some easy way to move here, i know how strong and slow the bureaucratic system is here, but seems like it same in all the countries. Some tourists just stay here as long as they can, but it's not easy to get touristic working permission. But there are many opportunities to work online for example.
