Thomas un manager un poco toxico, a pesar de tener una reputación un poco mala es uno de los que llevo a la fama a grandes artistas, su forma de trabajar es muy estricta a tal punto de estresar al artista, pero siempre da buenos resultados con sus promesas, muchos artistas lo esquivan para no tener nada que ver con el , pero thomas siempre termina cruzándose con los grandes en algún evento, su forma de negociar no es la mejor ya que siempre exige de mas, pero por alguna razón logra los acuerdos con los eventos, aunque muchos artistas no les gusta cruzar su camino con el, los demás manager acuden a sus consejos bien acertados.  


Pero porque es tan respetado Thomas entre los manager, esto es debido a que llevo a una de las bandas mas exitosas del genero del rock, logro que su estilo único fuera aceptado rápidamente entre el publico para luego llevarlos a ser una de las bandas mas comerciales del genero, su personalidad fría ante las decisiones de cambio de manager de los artista era lo que mas representa a su carrera , cuando alguien ya no quiere trabajar con el, simplemente cambia rápidamente para seguir trabando mas y mejor. 

Thomas se encontraba en la cúspide  de su carrera, representaba a muchos artista ya con una carrera estable, aunque en ocasiones al estar en las presentaciones imaginaba que era el cantante, la estrella de la noche, thomas en su formación profesional soñaba con ser cantante , pero mientras lo hacia se dio cuenta de todas las injusticias cometidas, a tal punto que antes de empezar su carrera los manager no lo aceptaban por no ser lo suficientemente enfocado, entonces su enfoque cambio , juro convertirse en el mejor de los manager y lo logro. 

Mientras cambiaba su formación profesional como parte de su estrategia fue trabajar con grandes manager del momento, en donde logro aprender todo lo que podía y adaptándolo a su forma de pensar, se dice que una de las cosas del porque el es tan estricto es en su comienzo como manager, al querer ser un manager un poco flexible con los artista, su primer contrario le trajo problemas  ya que el cantante no aparecía en los momentos de los ensayos y eventos esto no le daba buena imagen a thomas,  desde ese momento se juro ser el manager que controlara a sus artistas y no al contrario. 

Cual seria el próximo proyecto de thomas del cual ya habían rumores, los manager solo se enfocaban en buscar eventos y organizar todo para el artista, incluso buscar las disqueras para grabar, pero como thomas esta acostumbrado a tener su trabajo lo mejor controlado, se rumorea que en sus planes esta la creación de una disquera y no cualquiera, seria la mejor, mientras tanto thomas seguiría buscando la mejor estrategia de convertirse en lo que soñó ser, mediante el enfoque y la disciplina thomas ha conseguido muchas cosas, puede que para muchos sea un camino muy aburrido, pero es el correcto.
