Umarım iyisinizdir ya da iyi olmaya çalışıyorsunuzdur. Ben iyiyim. Bugün sabah biraz hızlı başladı benim için. Oldukça dolu dolu hissettim bugünü nedense. Özellikle de yemek yapma konusunda. Sanırım bu yazıyı sizde yarın için yemek fikri olarak alabilirsiniz. Biraz geç olmasaydı bugüne derdim ama Türkiye'de çoktan akşam 8 olmuş bile.  --- Havuç turşusunu sevmeyen var mıdır bilmiyorum ama ben çok severim. Hatta garip bir şekilde birden canım havuç turşusu çekti sabah sabah. Arada geliyorlar bana böyle biliyorsunuz zaten. Bu yüzden de daha kahvaltımı yapmadan bir kavanoz havuç turşusu kurdum. Evet, yemek için birkaç gün beklemesi gerekecek fakat en azından ev yapımı olacak. Hatta yeni nesil pek hatırlamaz fakat Adile Naşit ve Mğnir Özkul'un başrollerini paylaştığı Neşeli Günler isimli filmdeki gibi kendi içimde turşunun limonla mı yoksa sirke ile mi yapılırsa daha iyi olacağı tartışmasını yaşadım. Tabii en sonunda orta yolu bulup ikisini de kullandım. Bakalım tadı nasıl olacak? <div class="pull-left">  </div> <div class="pull-right">  </div> ---  --- Aslında turşunun malzemeleri kolay da yapması için biraz sabır gerekiyor. Bir de biraz nohut. Ben kaya tuzunu iyotsuz kullandım ve bu şekilde genellikle tercih ediliyor ama belli olmaz. Sarımsağı biraz fazla koyduğumu ağzını mühürledikten sonra gördüğüm için değiştirebileceğim bir şey yoktu. Olsun, bu işler hep deneme yanılma yöntemi. Birkaç gün sonra açtığımda tadını beğenirsem eğer sizlerle tarif paylaşacağım mutlaka. <div class="pull-left">  </div> <div class="pull-right">  </div> ---  --- Sonrasında akşam yemeği hazırlıklarına giriştim tabii. Bu seferki uzun sürmese de ben malzemeleri önceden hazırlamayı sevdiğimden hâlâ mutfaktayken yapayım dedim. Daha önceden kaynatıp buzluğa kaldırdığım ilikli kemik suyundan bir bardak çıkarıp ısıttım da iyice. Bunları bulyonlardan daha çok seviyorum. En azından ne olduğunu biliyorum. Akşama sulu taze fasulye yemeği yaptım. Pazardan sonra her zaman bakarım bir dolaba. En çabuk bozulabilecek yiyecekleri, sebzeleri hep ilk yaparım ve bu da biraz da olsun istaftan uzaklaşmamı sağlıyor. Zaten son durumlardan sonra politikamız artık israftan uzak ve esnaf taraftarı politikadır.  --- Son olarak ise ıspanağı yemek olarak sevmeyen aileme ıspanaklı böğrek yaptım. Ben fotoğrafını çekemeden bitirdiler... Halbuki ne çok istemiştim. Güzel de olmuştu. Tadına bile bakamadım bu arada... Bir de fark ettim ki içine paynir giren her börek güzelleşiyor. Erimiş peynir güzeldir de börekle bambaşka oluyor. Şimdilerde ise gözüme suböreği yapmayı kestirdim. Bir denemek istiyorum. Kolay bir şey değil fakat her zaman challenge'a varım, bilirsiniz beni. Sanırım yemek yapmayı ben cidden seviyorum. Umarım bu sevgi uzun bir süre devam eder. Neyse. Oh no!! Not the blacklist 😱 I was doing it but not sharing on Hive. Lately, instead of going out I am cooking, so my content is changing that way. Again lately, I started enjoy cooking because it started to get easier than ever. I definitely recommend pickled carrots. They are better than pickled cabbage imo.
