Buko Salad

One of our neighbor from the province come visit us here and she give us coconut meat, ready for making salad. How I wish to have the bulk juice but she is just bringing the meat. The coconut water is not easy to bring it from a distant place

We are all happy . It has been too long ago having a fresh coconut meat. So I buy some ingredients to complete the buko salad. I need condensed milk, orange juice, biscuits, fruitcocktail, cream and cheese to have the best salad. I put in the freezer and keep it a little bit frozen before serving.

Fresh and newly picked young coconut have a lot of difference from the coconut in the market here. We are so grateful for her visit and gift to us.
