Avocado Smoothie

Avocado fruits have a lot of benefits to our body.  I remember having this fruits at the backyard of my grandparents in the province. We just made it as salad. I missed those moment when my mother made it with brown sugar mixed it on the top.

Now a day, it improved. We have no organic avocado in the city but we still have it by buying in the fruit stand. It is so expensive. When I am craving for this, I just buy a a ready to drink smoothie and enjoyed the refreshing taste . It's so yummy and I am not feeling hungry everytime I have it in a day..
