Bilo-Bilo For Rainy Afternoon

We usually have it during holy week but we were just craving because it was a rainy day yesterday afternoon. 

Sunday is the best day for us. Everybody were here. Many times, we went out for lunch or dinner. Rain stopped us yesterday so I cooked for snack and save me from cooking for dinner. We were full and  done until we decided not to eat dinner anymore.

It consist of glutenous rice, sweet potato, taro, riped banana and all stuff needed including coconut milk and sugar. A little amount of vanilla added aroma for the best taste ever.

The preparation took a longer time from cleaning and cutting  but cooking took quickly only. They were all waiting craving for it while watching movie but for me I like it when it is being cold, took a bowl full of bilo-bilo and let it cold for an hour. That is the best for me than eating freshly cooked. I don't like eating it hot but the member of the family liked it when it is still hot.
