Grilled Salmon and Mixed Veggies

Today, I was feeling great and was craving something healthy and I want to serve my family something they really appreciate. They love it when I cook for them, always. Instead of ordering food online, I just ordered online for ingredients. No need to go out these days since it’s a risk getting infected by Covid.

I ordered salmon and fresh vegetables from an online source and it was delivered promptly. The service was great, I will do it again. I washed the stuff that I bought to disinfect them. I gave the delivery guy a tip, I respect frontliners like hin and appreciate their hard work during this pandemic. As a rule, I always give a tip to service personnel that delivers excellent service to me or my family.

I decided to grill the salmon with little oil and just season it with the basic salt and pepper combo. I love salmon, of all fishes, I think salmon is my favorite for my meals because they are meaty and they have that natural oil that makes them taste distinctly. I added mixed veggies. I had the veggies blanched then sauted on oil for more flavor and to cook them. I did the veggies quickly because I actually love them a bit crunchy. My family loved the meal. We each had a cup of rice with it and a can of pineapple juice each.
