Hello my dear friends))) 

Happy Monday😍 I hope you starting a wonderful week))) same me🤗 I don’t know!! when I woke up, I think it’s Sunday and make a coffee for myself... after a few minutes I got a call and over the phone, she said to me we canceled your appointment for today did you got our messages... and I said no... she said to me please check your email... I was confused about it;))) is Sunday and I don’t have any plan for today... I just my I watch so I have time to get ready for that;))) but I can be there sharp))) after she said again we will see you next week... I still think about it’s Sunday😅 anyway I said okay thanks bye bye;)) I checked the messages and answered them... I think I was drunk😁 so I checked the calendar and edit the time... after one and half hour))) I understand it’s Monday😅 have you ever had such an experience))) I think the time getting longer for me....but I feel calm... last day I had stressful... but today everything is fine))) except for that phone call 😅

The picture was after training... oh yeah! when I went to the gym... the secretary said to me it’s last week... what does it mean last week!!! oh my gosh!!! it’s my second time the nearest gym to my house will be closed... should I do the exercise at home or find a new one... do you like to do exercise in the gym??!!! I rather go to the gym))) maybe it’s time to change my opinion...

So I will see my trainer tomorrow and I should ask about him... I don’t know they will be moved to another place or what... cause that lady didn’t say anything about it;)) maybe I still drunk;)))

do you think those were enough for today!!! am I still drunk or not)))) my friend and I went to the mall, she wants to buy something... after that, we decided to eat something... I’d like to order a salad and she likes to eat pasta as always))) but after I checked the menu I rather eat hummus)))... I don’t believe it!!! she ordered for me salad and hummus😅 and I ate all of them😅 the hummus wasn’t good but the salad was delicious😋 I don’t know what was the sauce because the vegetables were the same as always😁😁 I’m not sure am I wake up or drunk))) but today was the most experience for me and I feel great;))) I wish all of you the same feelings😉😉 I appreciated who had any good recipes for sauces??!!! 😋🤗😋 <br/> _This report was published via Actifit app ([Android](https://bit.ly/actifit-app) | [iOS](https://bit.ly/actifit-ios)).
