Another week, another set of amazing sunrises to see. Sometimes getting up is trickier than others, especially when I go back to the screen to watch some stuff. My brain needs a reset and I'll might get some rest after this whole year of content shenanigans. But we'll see!

Having the chance of witnessing the sunrise is truly marvelous and I enjoy every bit of it. It helps a lot that watching the light at that sort of intensity gives your brain a signal to become truly aware and wake up completely. If you're trying to reset your circadian rhythm, why not take a chance to watch the sunrise. It might help a lot.

Anyways, enjoy these photos and feel free to share yours in comments. I love watching sunrises in other latitudes.

Otra semana, otros amaneceres. A veces se hace difícil levantarse tan temprano. Es especialmente difícil cuando, por la noche, vuelvo a ver otra pantalla. Estoy seguro que mi cerebro podría tener un receso de tantas horas de verlas. Quizá pueda tener algo de esto cuando haya terminado este año de contenido. ¡Ya veremos!

Tener la oportunidad de presenciar el amanecer es maravilloso. Disfruto cada segundo de hacerlo. Ayuda mucho que ver la luz natural a esta intensidad es la señal necesaria despertar completamente. Si estás intentado reiniciar tu ciclo cicardiano, hacer esto podría ayudarte.

De cualquier manera, espero que disfruten estas fotos. Si quieren, pueden compartir algunas suyas en comentarios. Me encantaría ver algunos amaneceres en otros latitudes.

Te entiendo totalmente, a mi cerebro también le cuesta bastante bajar el ritmo cuando estoy muy expuesta a las pantallas, sobre todo antes de irme a la cama. Excelente consejo 👍 Y los amaneceres preciosos 😍

Yo por ejemplo esta semana termine de cursaren la facultad, venia con un ritmo bestial y terminar de un  dia para el otro provoco que me sienta sumamente cansado, sumado que aqui en Argentina han tocado unos dias de calor lo que provoco que tenga la presión muy baja jajaa asi que estaba sentado en la silla, enfrente de mi computadora esforzandome por respirar jaajaj (Como el mono de los simpsons)
