Good afternoon, beautiful Hive community, I hope you are well. Today I want to share some information that helps us to reflect on our lives.

Before this pandemic appeared everything was very different, we went out for walks, went shopping, visited our relatives and so on. Although it is true that we had problems, they were not as many as they are now.


>Antes de que esta pandemia apareciera todo era muy diferente, salíamos a pasear, íbamos  de compras, visitábamos a nuestros familiares entre otros. Aunque es verdad que teníamos problemas no eran tantos como los de ahorita.

Amigos de hive, la vida  a veces no es fácil y mas en este sistema en que vivimos,  la pandemia nos cambio la vida, ahora el tapa boca se ha vuelto parte de nuestra indumentaria que hasta algunos incluso lo tienen de diferentes colores para combinarse con su ropa. Pero el problema no es el tapa boca.

Friends of hive, sometimes life is not easy and more in this system in which we live, the pandemic has changed our lives, now the mouth cover has become part of our clothing that some even have it in different colors to match their clothes. But the problem is not the mouth cover.

Ver a nuestros seres queridos y amigos morir, el no estar juntos con nuestros familiares, el temor a contagiarnos e ir a un hospital y no tener el dinero suficiente para los medicamentos,  entre otras cosas, ha creado una presión emocional enorme que antes no habíamos experimentado. Muchas veces nos dejan desconcertados, porque procesar tantos sentimientos simultáneamente  lleva mucho tiempo.

Seeing our loved ones and friends die, not being together with our family members, the fear of being infected and going to a hospital and not having enough money for medication, among other things, has created an enormous emotional pressure that we had not experienced before. Many times we are left bewildered, because processing so many feelings simultaneously takes a long time.

Algo que me ha ayudado a mi es ver el ejemplo de un niño. Cuando se encuentra en algún problema, el niño busca ayuda de sus padres para que lo guie y consuele. De igual forma, en momentos desesperantes y angustiosos trato de orar a Dios Todopoderoso; para que me de la guía y la paz que necesito en ese momento.

One thing that has helped me is to look at the example of a child. When in trouble, a child seeks help from his parents for guidance and comfort. Likewise, in desperate and distressing moments I try to pray to God Almighty; to give me the guidance and peace I need at that moment.

También el tener buenos amigos puede influir en nuestra salud mental y emocional, ya que hablar con ellos por teléfonos o videollamadas, puede ayudarnos a drenar nuestras emociones y olvidar las cosas que nos preocupan y nos agobian en ese momento.

Also having good friends can influence our mental and emotional health, since talking to them by phone or video calls can help us to drain our emotions and forget the things that worry us and overwhelm us at that moment.

Mantenernos activos, ya sea haciendo ejercicio o teniendo alguna rutina diaria, puede ayudarnos a no tener pensamientos negativos y drenar o desechar ese estrés.

Staying active, either by exercising or having a daily routine, can help us to avoid negative thoughts and drain or discard that stress.

Por eso amigo de Hive debemos seguir adelante luchando, recuerda que no estamos solos contamos con la ayuda principalmente de  Dios, amigos y familiares, seamos positivos que nos espera una vida mejor.
