Sean bienvenidos a este espacio donde siempre es un placer compartir recetas con ustedes, en esta ocasión les mostrare la preparación de un delicioso guiso de carne con papas. Entonces tomemos nota de los ingredientes que utilizaremos.

</strong></em>
- Carne de res para guisar,500 gramos.
- Pimentón,uno.
- Cebolla,una.
- Ajo, ocho dientes.
- Papas,tres.
- Aceite, 1/2 taza.
- Sabroseador,onoto en polvo, sal. Al gusto.


<em><strong>Ingredients.</strong>
</em>
- Beef for stewing, 500 grams.
- Paprika, one.
- Onion, one.
- Garlic, eight teeth.
- Potatoes, three.
- Oil, 1/2 cup.
- Sabroseador, onoto powder, salt. To the taste.

Lavamos los ingredientes: cebolla,ajo,papas,pimentón.

Cortamos en cuadros: papas, pimentón y cebolla.

Llevamos a fuego medio una olla y agregamos aceite y sofreímos los aliños.

Agregamos onoto en polvo y revolvemos.

Luego agregamos la carne previamente sazonada y mezclamos para que se incorporen todos los sabores.

Por último echamos las papas,agregamos poca agua y tapamos. Luego vamos resolviendo hasta que se cocine en su totalidad.
