Myanmar officially accepts USDT 
U Thet Naing Win Minister of National Unity Government announces that Myanmar will be accepted USDT for local use. Previously all kinds of cryptocurrency are banned in Myanmar.

They only accept USDT currently. But I hope in future they will accept more cryptocurrency. This is a big changes for Myanmar. I am dreaming that more people will come to hive. A lots of people are madly looking for USDT. I will take this chance and I will introduce them there are many cryptocurrency in this world. 

Because of previous Bond movement, Myanmar people had to pay a ton of fees for Bank transfer to buy Bond. So NUG is thinking about all factors and allow USDT in Myanmar. They allowed USDT as first coin in Myanmar  and there are always workaround here. We can trade USDT in Myanmar openly but We can also use other cryptocurrencies on our own. If we want to get Myanmar Kyats just swap with USDT and sell it locally and vice versa. 

So one day Hive and his second layer token will be used in Myanmar officially. This day will come sooner than we think.

Thank you for sharing, It is good to know this kind of developments, especially for me whom travels around the world and always in need of local currency.

Yes. I think the same thing. So I created a token that is pegged with 1000 MMK. It still need to promote though. I can see its future.

This is a positive news coming out of Myanmar. This is only the start though, much more to come. Government need to really study and analyse crptocurrency, it can benefit both them and their country. Thanks for the news update.
