Hola amigos amantes de la comida, el día de hoy les traigo una receta familiar, que desde que tengo memoria mi Nona prepara cada Semana Santa, ella es de nacionalidad colombiana e investigando en [Wikipedia](https://es.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sopas_de_pan) esta receta es típica de una zona de ese país, la que les voy a mostrar hoy es la receta de mi nona (mamá de mi papá) la que le enseño a mi mamá (su nuera) y luego aprendimos mi hermana y yo, hasta la fecha siempre la preparo cada Semana Santa, me traslada a mi casa materna y a mi niñez. Comencemos.

Para esta preparación vamos a necesitar:


•	3 rebanadas de pan de sándwich
•	3 huevos
•	1 rama de Cebollín 
•	1 Ají dulce
•	¼ de Pimentón
•	2 Ajo
•	½ cucharadita de comino
•	½ cucharadita de Orégano
•	¼ cucharadita de Color onoto en polvo
•	¼ cucharadita de Adobo 
•	¼ de cubito de pollo deshidratado 
•	Sal al gusto
•	Cilantro

For this preparation we will need:
- 3 slices of sandwich bread
- 3 eggs
- 1 sprig of chives 
- 1 sweet chili bell pepper
- ¼ of paprika
- 2 garlic
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon onoto color powder
- ¼ teaspoon Adobo 
- ¼ teaspoon dehydrated chicken cube 
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro

Sancochamos los huevos y luego los rebanamos en rodajas. El pan lo dividimos en cuatro partes iguales. 

Boil the eggs and then slice them. Divide the bread into four equal parts.

Picamos el cebollín, ají dulce, pimentón y ajo muy finamente,  sofreímos y agregamos 2 tazas de agua, agregamos los condimentos (comino, orégano, color onoto, adobo, cubito de pollo deshidratado y sal), dejamos hervir por 5 minutos.

>Chop the onion, sweet bell pepper, paprika and garlic very finely, sauté and add 2 cups of water, add the seasonings (cumin, oregano, onoto color, adobo, dehydrated chicken cube and salt), let it boil for 5 minutes.

Colocamos capas de pan y huevos hasta terminar con los ingredientes, nos ayudamos con una cucharilla para sumergir todo el pan en el líquido, tapamos y dejamos cocinar a fuego muy bajo por 5 minutos.

>Place layers of bread and eggs until the ingredients are finished, use a spoon to submerge all the bread in the liquid, cover and let it cook over very low heat for 5 minutes.

Para terminar podemos agregar cilantro fresco picado (opcional).

Con esta cantidad podemos servir para 4 personas.
