Disputes within a global, digital and decentralized economy where not even the state entities can solve this type of confluences through the use of everyday methods? </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Well, the perfect solution does exist! And it is nothing more and nothing less than <a href="https://kleros.io/"> Kleros </a> an excellent decentralized platform of the Blockchain technology that has the support of specialized juries in diverse subjects, which has the power to solve all types of existing disputes, from the simplest to the most complete, in a fast, secure and accessible way.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> How is all this possible? Easy! It is possible because these juries have the right knowledge to be able to choose the winning side, granting a vote fairly and effectively. Likewise the decision of each dispute presented in Kleros is in the hands of several specialized juries and according to the decision taken by these juries and by majority vote, the result of the involved winner in the dispute is chosen.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Definitely we can admit that everything Kleros offers sounds very innovative and useful, since it is an excellent opportunity at present because everything around us is influenced by the internet and that is where most scams occur, so having a platform based on collective intelligence and the blockchain is something that draws attention and will help a lot benefiting independent people, as well as small and medium merchants who want to resolve disputes without spending too much money.</div>

<div class="text-justify"> Nobody is surprised at how tedious, expensive and long lasting it can be to take a case to court and many times people want to solve everything in a short time, and for that reason Kleros offers a fair verdict for those involved, emphasizing that the juries are efficient and honorable people, since they do not accept any kind of bribery, providing the confidence that everyone needs to let Kleros and his juries transparently resolve disputes. Likewise regarding the money that is at stake in each case, it is protected by Kleros until the end of it.</div>

### Next I explain how Kleros works in the disputes and the parties involved <h3>

<div class="text-justify"> First Kleros makes use of intelligent contracts between the parties involved, which must have a clause that indicates that in case of going to dispute, it will be awarded in Kleros. On the other hand it is necessary to emphasize that for Kleros it is irrelevant to know who pays the fees of the juries, since the important thing is to have sufficient funds to compensate the jury for analyzing the evidence and give a fair verdict. In that sense it is advisable that both parties divide the fees of the jurors.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Then the dispute begins when one of the parties believe there was a breach in the contract and when this happens, the contract is attached in digital format and the relevant evidence so that it can be sent and evaluated in Kleros.</div>

<div class="text-justify">To continue the process, the juries that will evaluate the dispute are selected. This selection is based on two aspects, the self-nomination of candidates for juries and the random draw. Something to note is that Kleros uses some tokens that are called Pinakion (PNK) and through these Tokens, any specialized user of Kleros can apply as a jury candidate by depositing the Pinakion and the more tokens are activated by a user, greater is his chance to be chosen as a jury, all this in a random way to avoid favoritism between jurors and involved in the dispute. After this selection process, the chosen juries receive the evidence and then analyze it. </div>

<div class="text-justify">And finally, after the process of analyzing the evidence, the jurors must provide their final verdict, justifying their decision on the winning side. After this it is possible that the losing side wants to appeal and can do so as long as it is the one that pays for the fees of the appeal and counting on the double of juries that the first round.</div>

In other words, if the majority voted for the winning side they receive their tokens based on that, on the other hand if someone voted for the losing side, it is very possible that the jury will not receive his Pinakion tokens back. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> The users' incentive to participate as jurors is primarily due to the profit they receive with the arbitration fees of each dispute in which all the participating jurors receive the same amount and second the other incentive reason are the tokens that receive the juries according to the coherence of an honest vote in the dispute. </div>
