Control on anger 💢

*Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.*

We often get angry at the family members, co-workers, or the shopkeeper, that is, those who depend on us. Is this our weakness or strength? Have we ever realized how bad feelings they must-have for us when they become victims of our anger? It is said in the scriptures, a 'foolish' man expresses anger loudly, but a wise man subdues it calmly.' Actually, keeping the ego in check keeps anger coming. And when someone does something wrong, our anger rises like a wave and makes us tremble. Sometimes it fills you with remorse.

>The religious leader, the Dalai Lama, says, 'Like other people, I have anger. But I keep trying to remember that anger is a destructive emotion. I remind myself and now even scientists say, anger is bad for our health. It swallows up our immunity. So we should not allow it to arise.'

we all know that anger is destructive but all fos can control when we are in that mode. we regret after that when everything is over 😑

It is easy to say, but very difficult to do, because it is not easy to deal directly with the mind or emotions. So we need to take some measures to help us.
***Meditation and calming breathing techniques play an important role in dealing with anger. Pranayama helps in reducing the restlessness of the mind.***

few ways to get rid of the anger it is not that easy but it is effective I am an example of that :

* meditate (for few minutes daily)
* when you get angry just deep breathe that helps a lot.
* stay clam
* Don't panic
* Listen to good and calm music (you become the person what type of music you listen to)
* Follow the above and you will see the changes.

***Never forgot one thing you should be grateful for because what you have someone has a dream of that. So learn to be grateful. Be Thankful.*** 🙏😀

There is no solution to anger but to let it pass and not hold on to it. It is a silly feeling arising from our ego, typically. Attachments and expectations is a big obstacle for us humans.

yes, it is by a person to person some have to take the revenge and get eb=ngry every time when they see and remember the moment what makes them angry. we can't totally vanish it but we can sure control it.

yes, anger is really a very big enemy of us. we did realize that when it's too late.
  
 meditation. is the best thing to do but that is not easy to do. the things that are easy that are hard to do sometimes

yes, it is not that easy a job to do indeed, its looks and feels like an easy job but it is not an easy job.
