Depression 🙃🧘

*Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.*


This is really a severe issue of the current era. maybe people around you seem customary to you, but what do you think are they really normal? I am sure not all are normal we all are actors in real life and we do know how to pretend with others, even though we are not happy with their presence or for some other reasons. Our lifestyle has changed a lot in a few years after the pandemic we all are more attached to electronic gadgets, not all of us but most of the generations, especially the younger generations. 

I have seen only a year of kids know how to operate smartphones, that seems to be magical in the early day but now this is really very common and we do see this everywhere. we all do have a level of stress many do know how to deal with it and most of us try to keep it to ourselves. That is really dangerous and does make us really sick from the inside and the inner problems are really hard to take care of indeed.

people did get depressed by their jobs and the pressure in at workplace or at home, not all are strong to survive and unfortunately, they took the wrong path to quit all their problems. 😐I am not sure why they took that type of step to end their life and leave all their loved ones alone. 


I have seen and heard about many such types of cases recently the most common things that were responsible for depression are love, job, study, and many more.  A few days ago a 23-year-old boy hang him and he did mention in his suicide letter that his seniors are responsible for that. they have created a lot of pressure on him and he did brae that anymore and decided to quit his life. Is that a good reason to do that really? he should have quit instead and searched for the new one. 

There are always doors of opportunities waiting for us, we just have to look for them. we all do have options sometimes we should take help from others don't hesitate to take that. Yes, most people's lives are stressful but there are always options, there are many ways to get rid of that. we all should look for that and try to reduce the level of stress in our lives.

Very well-written blog about depression. Everyone gets depression (severe depression) in life at a certain time. If you get depressed for some reason, It's good to quit and find something new or try new things which you like rather than ending life.
