own start up πŸ™ƒπŸ§˜
*Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.*

It is really hard to take a bold move and especially related to a carrier it is really hard to decide for sure. Not all do have the courage to do that and not all can do that for sure. There should be a balance of all the things if there is no balance in our life/ work then sure things can be hard for all of us. We do see there are many counties (government systems ) that are failed to maintain the system. It is really hard to control and manage a house than you can imagine how hard it can be to manage a whole country /state.

 I am working for a company for more than 3 years and I do love this job but I do know that I am not earning what I can but I don't have any choice for now. Let's see how long I can stay here. I dont want to cheat anyone, I will surely start my own business. yes, you can say a kind of startup. I do think a lot about business but I do not that have that much courage to quit my job for now. Maybe I just want to be 100% sure first. I think this is common for sure. πŸ™ƒ
I do think about many businesses but most of them are already here in my town, I am not sure when I will come up with a new idea wich will be totally different and surely attract others to my business. (that is only a wish for now ☺️)

I do feel tired and want to quit from the work can't work under that much pressure. Is there any other option? of curse no 😐.
Have to pay a huge loan amount after that I can think of other things. 
Today I meet with an old friend that was like a sudden meet-up, and we were discussing start-ups not together. He is going to start his own business he is working for a firm still, he is planning to start a small firm with his a few coulege. I don't like to work with others, I do trust but I do love to work alone. 
(or maybe I am afraid of the partnership, I am not sure). 

My friend came up with a lot of many ideas (I am not going to steal his idea his field is totally different from mine πŸ˜…), He is an accountant and I am a designer. I do think that I will start my own work alone. I am not used to a long staff  I just want to earn for myself and want to start a small business in my area and want to provide another job from that. let's see what will happen.

It's a good idea, if you can start small, without leaving your job, and see how your idea works. If it doesn't work the way you want, you can start a different approach.

Dear @bhattg,
                              A wonderful post that touches my heart.
Yes it is very true that it is hard to make a bold move specially when we have responsibilities.
The idea of having your own start up and own business is good however the question is how do you want to create it?

I understand that in your heart you want to quit the job and give your 100% to the startup.
However your head tells you otherwise.
The big question is what is the line of business that you want to get into is it related to your field of work that is design?
If so then my next question is can the design work be delivered to your clients via the internet ?

So you could start it as a side business and once it you see a steady income coming you can think about giving all your time.

I think I have quite a few questions for you and things to discuss we we can do on a 1 to 1 basis and lets see how this idea can be taken forward.
Good luck to you and I would very much see you transform this from an idea into a reality soon.

The same situation happened with me I chose to leave job but after being sure that I have another income. It was difficult to leave long time worked job my lovely colleagues but I wasn't agree with my salary. It has been just 3 month that I left my job.
