What gets you distressed ? Is it money, love, lack of children, lost of job etc ? Relax friends because your situation or condition isn't the worst you could be in. Heck, you could also be dead.. There are people that die out of depression on a daily basis but is death the best option or solution ? NO! Before you kill yourself or before you start kicking yourself for being in that disastrous condition, did you or have you thought of any alternative that could change your situation status ? Every bad situation or condition always have a way out to the better side. When you are distressed, automatically you are sad.

Steemians, lets get this, it is possible to get depressed when you've been in a bad place for too long and it looks like nothing is working for you, it's okay at that point to feel down but remaining in that situation is the bad thing. I'll use lack of money as an example; being broke or lacking or not having money when needed can make you feel distressed, it doesn't make anyone happy but the problem is not being broke, the problem is refusing to take responsibility for being broke and getting up to do something about it. Don't remain broke, get up and look for a way to get off that situation and fill your accounts with money as there are many means to make money legally nowadasys and which steemit has given such a great platform on how to be independent financially.

Don't put on a long face because of your predicament or because you are distressed because if you work to get yourself from that situation you find yourself believe me that there is always a better end thereof. 
Staying in one position is never going to make life better or make your situation any easier, the option is for you to get up and look for a way to fixing things for yourself. This is always the best option.
Remember to smile even when you are distressed because at the end of the tunnel, there is always a light, remember to smile because your condition isn't the worst on the face of the earth, remember to smile because your best moments are yet to come. You are sad today doesn't mean you wont be happy tomorrow, you are in a bad situation doesn't mean your best moment isn't around you.  Remember this, SMILE as much as you live.
