Yes that actually is the outfit, a hoodie with the draw strings assembled into a NOOSE! Now if that isn't messed up I don't know what is! How could a fashion designer like Burberry think this was appropriate and better question how did any of these stupid models actually wear it on the runway? This is insane! Really? "Nautical theme" inspired? NO ONE is buying that shit!
