And yet again bureaucrats tries to fit the web in their myopic perspective.  They actually handing it to greedy ISPs who will throttle and speed it up only to their advantage. How’s that good for the consumer. Somebody please explain that to me because it sure seems like net  armageddon.

 So let’s say am signed up to Spectrum Internet service but I don’t use their movie streaming offering. I use netflix instead and they know it.  They can easily throttle my bandwidth whenever I stream netflix in order to frustrate me enough to want to switch.  This is pure BS.  And anyone who thinks this is a good thing has serious brain damage.  But it is the politics that messes up everything. Time and time again politicians got their own viewpoint. Don’t matter if it’s dangerous or downright stupid they still force it on us.  And their adherents shouting to high heaven celebrating the madness.  Meanwhile those with level heads watching the future slipping away replaced by fear and darkness.

There’s always that struggle between the enlightened and the fools. The fools always end up choking the light.   Every war ever fought were cooked up by foolish politicians. Millions die for their ego trips.  Soldiers fighting for the sickness of ideologues.  They willing to die for men who never even fought in the school yard.  Isn’t that madness?  Now the net becomes a tool of big business.  We are forced to accept that it was never about us but the one percent. We use the net but we don’t own shit. 

 How will the next genius kid with an awesome idea ever get it off the ground? Her money is limited. Whenever anyone uses her application a greedy cooperation throttles the speed because said business has a similar app they want to push in our face. Everyone knows their app is a joke mediocre even.  But it don’t matter because net neutrality was obliterated with extreme avarice. Am I paranoid?

I know one thing for sure we are heading down dangerous roads. Handing all that net power to the big business is a recipe for disaster. No matter your political affiliation we will all lose.   Only the rich winning.  The golden age of the web almost over.
