This video can help you put things into perspective. I'm on the border with this because of when I was born. I'm technically not in the this classification but I'm in the same group in some ways. I was taught to work hard to and do the right things in life. That no one owed me anything but that If I worked hard I could have the things I want in life. At the same time I realize that I am addicted to technology. 

This video has changed the life of so many. If you watch it with an open mind you might be able to apply some things to your life and stop your addiction before it destroys your life.

I love @steemthat and @binkley.  Pretty good video even if I graduated in 1984.  It applies to more than just Millennials.  I know I have found myself checking my phone at times.  I have also learned to put my phone/computer down.  There are days I don't get on my phone or computer at all.  Moderation is the key.  I recently saw that Facebook is setup to cause addiction.
