Mariam was that girl. The perfect dentition, a pretty face, and the perfect life. Every girl wants to be Mariam, and the guys wished she could be theirs. 

Unfortunately, Mariam was a lone wolf, and people often wondered why. She got the perfect life. Why won’t she share? Were murmurs that followed her tray, but does she really have the perfect life? 

Sadly, all that was seen was the physical appearance, and underneath all that beauty were imperfections. Eyes that don’t work without a glasses, A thin hairline running bald was hidden underneath a wig, an acne-infested face was covered with makeup, and a toothless mouth was beautified with perfect sets of false teeth.
