I thought it would be fun to dive into the ZING token a bit more which is for the up and coming game here on the hive blockchain by one of our very dedicated and active users @acidyo This article will go over ways to earn it, what we know about the game so far and the biggest of them all the Liquidity Pool which has tons of hype right now.

# The Price Of ZING

A lot of reason behind the hype right now is basic price along with what might come with the game release. The ZING token has been rather resilient and currently holds over $0.01. Down from it's highs of $0.03 it still posses a very lucrative income. The estimated price was expected to be somewhere around $0.001 - $0.002 of course no one can predict markets and it's really up to investors and later players that make up the market value of the token.

It's unclear as to how much value each token will hold but for now after a month the token value and economy still remains strong. Now that could simply be because of liquidity as it's pretty hard to get liquid ZING at the moment. Either you need to unstake it from you staking rewards (earning 100% APR at the moment) or you have some in the diesel pool liquidity pool which earns you zing in liquid form.

# How To Get Started

If you're new to ZING and want some easy ways to get started I listed two of them below.

The first is to simply delegate some of your hive power to the account @zingtoken By delegating your hive power to it you will start earning ZING right away. However this zing will be staked zing you earn so when claimed it will be going into your staked zing pool which guess what earns you zing as well!

The seconds is to get your hands on some POSH tokens. You can claim 0.05 POSH each day by going to [https://hiveposh.com/dashboard](https://hiveposh.com/dashboard) logging in with (I recommend hive keychain) and the clicking on the claim button. As you continue to do this your POSH tokens will grown and you'll start earning some ZING for holding on to POSH. You could also of course buy some ZING and POSH off the market and start earning that way.

# The Famous Liquidity Pool

Now It's very important when dealing with Liquidity pools to understand [What is Impermanent Loss](https://financewealthwallet.com/crypto/what-is-impermanent-loss-explained-defi/)

The liquidity pool can be accessed by either going to [BeeSwap](https://beeswap.dcity.io/pools/positions?search=zing) and searching for ZING under pools. The link here however will directly take you to it. Or [TribalDex Diesel Pools](https://tribaldex.com/dieselpools/) 

By staking a pairing of ZING and Swap.HIVE you'll start earning yourself some ZING but with it a few other tokens which others have added to the pool which make it a little more juicy.

Currently my own stake in this pool is pretty low as I'm keeping all of my staked zing staked and earning that way. But you can see with an over 450% APR currently why the pool is such an attractive option right now.

With just $2.22 worth of crypto in the pool I'm earing about 2.5 ZING (Which I keep dumping back into the pool right now. Along with a few other tokens like CENT and yes even POSH (which helps me earn a little more ZING from the POSH token I hold as we saw above) There's also a ton of other random tokens in here of which I'm not really earning any of them because my stakes too low but it might be worth checking them out if you start earning them yourself and see what they have to offer.

The big benefit of the liquidity pool is that those assets are liquid. In ever other case the hive and zing is locked up for a rather long period of time which can cause liquidity issues. It's most likely why we are only seeing trickling amounts of liquid hive and other tokens on here at the moment but it's most likely going to continue to grow.

When the game launches a big reward will come from the swapping of Hive and ZING in which you will be providing liquidity to if you invest into the pool mentioned here. As it becomes more active you collect more "fees" or really another form of passive income from the tokens you have added into this pool of tokens. [DeFi](https://financewealthwallet.com/crypto/what-is-defi-explained/) can be a crazy thing to understand but it has HUGE implications and will only become more popular as centralized exchanges continue to get shut down and pushed out of the US.
