AI has been a very hot topic and a hot investment in 2023 compared to any other investment. You have major companies such as Nvidia which are riding AI once again are pushing some seriously huge values in their stock.

Nvidia stock has been a wild one. At first they were looked at as the under dog of cheaper processors but now with the boom in price their chips are not only cheaper but often beat out Intel. 

The first bump you see in the stock price was that of the bull run of crypto where GPUs where being bought in droves and extremely over priced. Everyone wanted their hands on them so they could primarily mine Ethereum at the time when it was Proof of Work. The decline there after was from Ethereum moving to Proof of stake but Nvidia found it's new burst in the AI revolution which is only in its infancy.

## Current AI

Current AI is getting a pretty bad rep, from deep fake videos to people getting very worried about AI taking over or at least getting to the point of being able to hack and not being able to be recalled could cause massive damage to the internet we know.

Currently AI is a bit on the dumb side but it does provide some real value and helpful things. AI art and tools help content creators and artists build unique ideas and things they may have never thought of on their own. In particular one of the biggest things is the ability to remove items from a photo and have AI regenerate the background to have it blend in. Before this took serious work, now an every day user can do it with a simple tool tip in adobes editor or even Canva.

AI can generate art, music, articles and so much more. It's also been adapted into search engines like Google who are currently testing it. These powerful AI algos in a way can predict what you're thinking by creating a web of search results and matching you up with others and their searches. 

## Using AI To Combat Bad AI?

At some point (if not already) the human mind simply will not be able to keep up with AI. I think the best analogy I've ever heard of this was take yourself as a human and think about ants or any animal which is slower to react. For example asking another animal a question or doing some type of input and sitting around waiting for the result. Well that's how AI thinks of us when we currently interact with it and it's only going to get worse. The Ai is 99% of the time sitting around waiting for your input and command or response. In that other 99% of time it could be doing whatever else it want's to. It's simply sitting around bored waiting on you and would in a way think of you as that an ant much like we think of ants. 

So in a way it would make sense to build AI that combats ownership and deep fakes which are currently a big issue at the moment. Giving a "good" side to AI. It's clear that deep fakes and scams created by them are going to only increase in complexity and happen more often. This rise of "bad AI" used by humans to do shady things has been blowing up.  Yes, sadly human nature is bad and it's again why I believe a fully decentralized system simply would never work as bad actors would simply 

This could be a great new wave for AI and is currently available wit Hollo.AI This AI system is using Blockchain tech in order to have people claim their AI identity or Persona. It then scans and continues to scan unauthorized users of their digital personas to help keep down the spread and impact of deep fakes.

You very well may have seen one of these deep fakes yourself on youtube etc. I know I ran into my first a few months back when Elon was so called talking just outside of the launch of one of his rockets and towards the end was trying to sell a crypto lol It honestly had me hooked for about 5 minutes and looked that real that it almost fooled me until I heard the pitch about crypto and raised a red flag as being seemingly off.  These deep fakes are getting harder and harder to really detect by the human eye.
