If you want an all-in-one crypto wallet you will sacrifice some absolute security,

Jaxx Wallet - Runs locally on your computer and stores several top coins. The private keys are generated and stored on your computer where only you can access them. Obviously if someone gains control of your computer they might be hacked.

Poloniex or Bittrex  - You can use an exchange to store your coins. They store your privates keys on their server and you don't have access to them. So you must trust a third party. I would only do this with a small amount of funds. 

Hardware Wallets (Trezor or Ledger) - These are hardware wallets that protect your private keys behind hardware security. They store many of the top coins. This is my primary mechanism for storing large amounts of crypto safely and they are industry standard at this point. I know some people trust them with upwards of $150 million USD on a single device. With these wallets, you control your private keys and yes you can plug them into any computer and be safe from hacking and malware.  I highly recommend a Trezor or ledger if you consider yourself having a high stake.
