So I'm not totally sold on bitconnect, however it does have a nifty marketing strategy built into it, pretty ingenious.  It uses referrals as incentives for people to spread the word.  Kind of like Steemit, and how the more people who you get onto Steemit, the more people can potentially upvote your content.

Now some might say, "you are so much better off just buying bitcoin and sitting  on it."  As that may be true, peeps are way more likely to spend $100 or so to investing in their self education, rather than just buying bitcoin, not knowing shit about it, and then just watch the price go up and down.  That right there makes the bitconnect aspect of bitcoin way sexier to me.  The geekiest thing in the world at the moment, bitcoin, really does need as much sexiness as possible.  Moreover, getting into bitconnect kind of forces you to teach, which really is the best form of learning.
