So many people's fortunes changing and millionaires are being made daily through the power and influence of NFTS. A lot begin to learn how to monetize their skills of photography, drawing and artist through NFt. I remember vividly big companies beginning to find ways to be involved in the big thing that is trending. Everyone did not want to be left out or be limited to only the hype alone. [NFTs](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-non-fungible-token-nft) have a wide range of applications, from artists to content creators. But some things were not put in the proper place as they should be nor was it sustained due to carelessness and lack of some certain policy? The first I would like to mention is the absence of Utility or value. Now, One of the prominent blunders is initiating an NFT project without a clearly defined utility or intrinsic value. Some projects offer NFTs that possess minimal value beyond static images or [digital](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-digital) collectables, failing to provide compelling advantages to their owners. Successful NFT initiatives frequently link NFT ownership to exclusive content, access, or experiences, making them more enticing to potential buyers. Not only that but after some of the [NFT](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-non-fungible-token-nft) initiatives were successful, it led to excessive pricing and avarice. Setting exorbitant prices for NFTs can be a deterrent for potential purchasers. Certain projects establish inflated price points for their [tokens](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-token), often driven by avarice rather than a reasonable assessment of value. This can lead to reduced interest and participation in the project. Striking a balance between value and affordability is critical for sustaining long-term interest which I believe the world of NFT was not able to do which led to their crashing or should I say fading away from the spotlight. What do I mean by that? Transparency plays a pivotal role in the NFT space. Projects that lack transparency regarding ownership, development progress, or revenue-sharing arrangements can erode trust within the community. Buyers seek clarity on where their funds are directed and the project's evolution. Open and honest communication is paramount. This lack of transparency leads many people to replicate existing NFT projects or intellectual property can result in legal entanglements and tarnish the project's reputation. Projects that dismiss or downplay these concerns may encounter backlash. Implementing eco-friendly solutions or exploring alternative [blockchains](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/blockchain) can demonstrate a commitment to sustainability. If there is adequate attention given to environmental concerns, it will lead to effective marketing and proper community engagement. I have come to discover that Cultivating a thriving NFT community demands active engagement and robust marketing endeavours. Neglecting these aspects can lead to waning interest and a shrinking user base. Successful projects often involve their community in decision-making processes and maintain regular communication to share updates. The last reason I would like to mention as I conclude today is the Failure to Adapt and Innovate The NFT landscape is in a perpetual state of evolution. Projects that become stagnant or fail to adapt to shifting trends risk becoming obsolete. Remaining innovative and flexible is indispensable for long-term viability. Although the realm of NFTs offers boundless potential, it is not devoid of challenges. There is wisdom in this post. I am a serial blockchain entrepreneur, and I have tried to learn from each project, then make the next one better.
