구글 플레이에서 인앱 구매와 구독에 대한 부분 환불 옵션 제공해

안드로이드의 앱스토어인 구글 플레이 사용자들과, 개발자를 위한 소식입니다.
구글플레이에서 유료앱을 구매하였을때, 전체환불에 대한 옵션만 있었고, 인앱구매나 앱 구매 후 일정시간이 지났을때 환불받기에 까다로운 조건이 있었는데요, 이제 부분환불에 대한 옵션이 생겼습니다.

위 스샷과 같이 구글 플레이 콘솔(개발자)의 주문관리 메뉴에서 부분 환불에 대한 옵션 설정이 가능합니다. 개발자가 설정시, 사용자는 환불을 받을 수 있게 되었습니다.
개발자는 설정하는 부분은 환불 비율, 세금 입니다.

또한 환불은 몇가지 조건이 있는데,
* 유료앱 구매는 부분 환불이 불가능
* 부분 환불은 2018년 3월 부터의 구매만 가능
* 몇몇 지불 방법은 부분 환불이 불가능
* 'Subscribe with Google' 주문은 부분 환불이 불가능

플레이스토어도 환불옵션이 있긴 했는데(일정시간 이후는 앱스토어처럼 문의로) 이번에 부분환불이 공식적으로 지원됩니다.
소비자에게는 점점 좋아지고 있네요 :)

저도 개발자 입장에서 참 애매한 부분입니다.
특히나 게임을 즐기고 나서 환불(개발자가 설정한 50프로 정도)한다면..
물건으로 치자면 배송받아 뜯어 사용해보고 환불하는 것이니 말이죠.

한편으론 이러한 제도로 말미암아 더욱 건강한 (고퀄의 앱을 만들도록 개발자가 신경쓰는) 생태계가 되길 바래봅니다!
