Yeah, I got my pal tokens. Also used their palnet dapp, it went smooth! To vote there you have to stake some of the tokens (so they can work as vp). The price of the token goes up and down at the market but thats normal.

Easy, just go there and sing in with your posting key. You will see the place is like steemit just post from there and remember to use the palnet tag. Go to your wallet and see if you have tokens, if you have tokens then stake some (power up) so your vote have effect if not then wait until you earn some or buy some in steemengine

your description didnt meet my needs. sorry to admit this. my knowledge is on such low level, that I need more dumb and detailed descr.
but I managed to slip thru steem-engine, claimed and received 78 palcoins; staked all. whats next?  just head my posts - not to steem but... where?

I see that’s awesome. I’ll go in tonight and use their website. I only apply the hashtag. So staking VP you’ll need to do the actual post from their site. I’ve been using Actifit.io to collect tokens, but can always go back and forth, since I don’t post that many a day.

You can always try! Lets see how things go there. I took the day off, no workout for me today... I had a very stressfull day today and I don't feel good either, I think this weather is screwing me 😅

Well, I did try it with my Actifit report, but it didn’t work. Palnet website did not pick it up. I was going to do my editing from their website. I ended editing from Actifit.io instead. So I just added the hashtag. I know that hashtag won’t give you VP. 
What are you stressing for? The weather? But that good taking a break. Well, I hope you feel better soon. Have some dessert.
