MusicDNA is a good music player, it has this artistic feeling to it which is very nice.  I know more developments or features will be added to the application often, but the question is "Will users be notified of app updates?"
App Updates are important because latest viruses and worms are countered early enough. Also feature additions and increased compatibility with device are the importance of App Updates. The question now is "What happens when users don't know that the App has been updated?".  They miss out on a lot of beneficial protection and added features. 

# Problem
After using MusicDNA application for sometime,  I noticed that when their are updates, app users don't get notified and they might miss out on  having an updated version of the application especially when bugs are fixed.

# Suggestion design
My suggestion is that the notification of app updates should be included.  This is because the application world is developing and more bugs are fixed and new features are added often. 

Here's a screenshot another music player app (Boomplay) where the feature is used, I provided the screenshot below to explain better and show the feature at work (View image below):

For the **MusicDNA** application, the feature should be positioned in the 'Settings' page of the application. Once the settings is opened. The "Update available" feature should be found there.

Once the "Updates available" is clicked, the new version is downloaded and installed.

# Importance of the feature requested
+ The feature will ensure easy usability of app. 
+ It will show the development that has been made to the app
+ App user will get to update their music player with one click.

# Conclusion
 
Update notification is of significant importance for Users of the app and  developers. The download of more efficient feature updates will be encouraged. MusicDNA developers should consider including the app update feature.
