<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">¿Que tal atletas y compañeros de la comunidad de @fulldeportes?,el día de hoy me encuentro nuevamente por la comunidad para traerles un súper set de empuje el cual está bastante intenso el cual les recomiendo a todos ,la verdad a mi me dejó bastante fatigado ,aquí vamos a combinar tanto nuestra resistencia en paralelas y nuestra explosividad en flexiones y también nuestra fuerza en press handstand así que dicho esto vayamos con la rutina.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">What's up athletes and fellow members of the @fulldeportes community, today I am back in the community to bring you a super set of push ups which is quite intense which I recommend to everyone, the truth is that it left me quite fatigued, here we are going to combine both our endurance in parallel and our explosiveness in push ups and also our strength in handstand press so with that said let's go with the routine.</div>

Está muy buena la rutina, es mejor como dices de poner primero el press to handstand para aprovechar la fuerza al máximo y ya después los otros ejercicios que son más sencillos, ¡saludos y gracias por compartir!
