We dream...we plan with the hope to 
see those plans come into play. Knowing fully well that there are good and bad times we still choose to look at the positive side of things. You tell people you are okay not because you really are but because you don't want to burden other people with your problems so you decide to shoulder all on your own. 


Then at a point you begin to accept what is as what should be, not because you are satisfied with the way things are but because you have no other choice.

I bet you have always been told to be positive about things...it will get better. Well, that's one thing that can keep you sane in most insane situation you might be in right now.


Focus on the good things around you. No matter how difficult things may be, remind yourself of the good times...how far you have come and what you have achieved so far. 


Try as much as possible to keep motivated. Be around positive people, do the things you love....listen to music, take a walk. You can also talk to someone if you want...sometimes talking about issues help a lot. 


**Importantly, take care of yourself.**
