I did some research regarding your inquiry @venuspcs. The best multi-algo auto-switching linux miner I could find is by minergate

* Download Ubuntu/Fedora miner on minergate.com/downloads/gui
* Install miner
* Launch miner and sign in using your account credentials
* Choose number of cores you would like to use for mining and press start under coin
