Hello there ! Today again we continued our 3D project. I know it’s sounds a little bit boring, but it is not! We have to use our creativity and imagination on every object we are working on, each is another challenge. The group main task is to modelize the garden area on the back side of the building. 

As the interface will be used for education programs which are also happening in the garden it was really important for us to focus on each details to build a real immersive experience. We will still need time to work on textures, lights and the general atmosphere, fog etc,however we already achieve a lot today with the 3d models themselves.

Kevin main task was to realize the assembly a few object in one group. Before that he made a handrail for the stairs. It was long, boring and tiring task for today. The grouping was irritating, because there was a lot of objects and Kevin’s computers lagged.

László in the beginning of the work tried to merge the garden wall with the back side of the hostel. He didn’t finished it because he forgot to assembly the wall in one group. He gave this task to Kevin while he helped the other groups. He made a lot of small objects, for example: spoon, fork, knife, three type of trash can, tray holder and one shelf from the kitchen. The other groups was very happy about that , because they have more time to do their work.

Máté finished the canteen and he the vending machine. After that he added more details for each object. He made the vending machine more beautiful with textures. He build the beginning of the kitchen . He perfected the lift with textures and he made the toilet’s wall . He perfected the stairs too and he had to group all of the object in one.

Levi continued to make his bench. Actually he has two benches so he perfected the last one and the other one. After that he assembled it in to one group and again it was a very challenging task.

Now the team is tired and hungry so we will be going to eat. We are all hoping tomorrow we will finish it once and for all and get to the next mission!
