Harvesting My LAST Batch Of CARROT

***My LAST Carrot Harvest!***

From seeds to carrot, follow along! Waaay back in early spring, I planted many carrot seeds for three different varieties: Danvers 126, Little Fingers, and a Rainbow Carrot Mix. I overseed (too many in one Grow Bag) and as they get crowded, I begin to thin, by picking and using the tiny carrot in sauces and soups. This is my LAST carrot harvest for the 2023 season.

You are right on track. Growing your own food is the best nowadays as there is too many chemical in the outside food. Your carrot looks so fresh, I am certain it will be sweet too

You do have very juicy and beautiful carrots! I tried to grow carrots some years ago.  Only the leaves were busy but I couldn’t find any carrots!😂

in cooler weather Carrot does better. The carbohydrates becomes sugars, stored in the orange, root. THAT gives carrot it's sweetness.
