These are the commons terms you would find on media platforms Terrorism, Global warming, War, Poverty etc. Recently, a research conducted by Harvard professor found that this the safest time for being alive and humanity is at more at ease than ever before. You might want to ask yourself why would the news concentrate on so much negativity because reason is very simple. **Your brain is designed to focus more on negativity, for survival purposes**. So you can easily become addicted to sheep news network , which eventually entangles you in consumer culture to drag you further in in buying more and more.  <br> You can change all this by controlling this brainwashing process, by choosing only those method which are beneficial for you.. You can start reading books, watch instructional or educational stuff online and look for alternative medium for news. No matter what you do, you are always getting influenced by environment, so why not change that situation into your benefit because this you can certainly control. Your header is pretty right!! Interesting read, I'm leaving an upvote Almost every moment somebody is talking to you he or she wants you to understand them or even they want you to believe and follow their agenda or opinion. And these days with so much influx from so many sources (people, books, print media or modern media including social media) you can really tell what is the truth behind all of this. If you weren't at the source your information is in the best case second-hand. In all those cases you should ask yourself why is that person trying to tell me this, why do they want to me to know it or to understand it this way. I was brainwashed a lot when I was in school (I'm from East Germany) so I guess I got a feeling when people are talking with an agenda. That's not necessarily wrong, but you should always question the purpose and be in doubt, many even of yourself. Freedom comes with responsibility, not everybody can live up to this!!
