Feliz inicio de semana amigos! ✨ Espero se encuentren muy bien, el día de hoy quiero compartir una receta que estos días he traído en la mente y hoy me digne a preparar para empezar la semana con los mejores ánimos y por supuesto para almorzar algo diferente, se trata de un delicioso cordon bleu en salsa, por aquí les estaré mostrando los pasos, espero les guste 💗

<h5>Preparación</h5>

Paso 1️⃣
Tomamos nuestra pechuga de pollo y la lavamos muy bien, la ponemos en una tabla de picar y la partimos por la mitad para así tener dos pedazos, tomamos uno y lo relajamos de tal forma de no llegar hasta el final para que no se desarme, sazonamos con sal y pimienta al gusto.

Paso 2️⃣
Metemos la pechuga en una bolsa de ziploc y con ayuda de un rodillo o en mi caso use un mortero vamos a darle golpes suaves para ablandar la pechuga (un tip es agregarle dos goticas de aceite adentro de la bolsa para que la pechuga se resbale bien dentro de ella)

Step 2️⃣
We put the breast in a zip lock bag and with the help of a rolling pin or in my case use a mortar and pestle we are going to give soft blows to soften the breast (a tip is to add two drops of oil inside the bag so that the breast slides well inside it).

Paso 3️⃣
Llego la hora de rellenar la pechuga, retiramos de la bolsa de ziploc, colocamos en la tabla de picar y empezamos poniendo una capa de queso mozzarella y luego una capa de jamón, pasamos la pechuga a papel adhesivo transparente y con mucho cuidado envolvemos de tal forma que el papel adhesivo no quede dentro de la pechuga, esta debe quedar bien sellada como un burrito, llevamos al refrigerador por 30 minutos.

Paso 4️⃣
Pasados los 30 minutos retiramos nuestro bollito del refrigerador y ponemos a calentar un caldero con aceite a fuego bajo-medio, mientras este calienta vamos a pasar el pollo por harina (la prepare con ajo en polvo, paprika y pimienta) luego por huevo (este tiene dos cucharadas de leche) y por último lo pasaremos por migajas de galleta de soda, la idea es que quede bien empapado de todos estos ingredientes; una vez listo lo llevamos al aceite caliente y dejamos que se cocine muy bien por ambos lados.

Paso 5️⃣
Este paso es opcional, para asegurarme de el cordon bleu haya quedado bien cocido por dentro lo que hice fue que lo lleve al horno por 5 minutos a 180°. Como pueden ver en la foto corte un pedacito y aunque me di cuenta que estaba bien cocinado por dentro preferí llevarlo al horno para que se terminara de cocinar un poco más.

Step 5️⃣
This step is optional, to make sure the cordon bleu was well cooked inside what I did was to take it to the oven for 5 minutes at 180°. As you can see in the photo I cut a little piece and although I realized that it was well cooked inside I preferred to take it to the oven to finish cooking a little more.

<h5>Preparación de la salsa</h5>

En una sartén agregaremos mantequilla al gusto, luego picaremos dos dientes de ajo en cubitos pequeños y los añadimos, una vez ya se esten dorando agregaremos una cucharada y 1/2 de harina de trigo, revolvemos bien y añadimos una taza de leche cuando veamos que este espesando vamos a añadir media taza de queso parmesano (o la cantidad que desees) y por último sazonamos con sal y pimienta al gusto, dejamos cocinar.

📌 Llego la hora de servir nuestro cordon bleu, con mucho cuidado cortamos rodajas pequeñas y acomodamos en el plato, bañamos con la salsa y decoramos con orégano o perejil ya es cuestión de gustos, en mi caso lo acompañe de un delicioso pure de papas y aquí esta el resultado ⬇️ Espero les haya gustado y se animen a preparar la receta cuando quieran comer una opción diferente de almuerzo, gracias por haber llegado hasta aquí, un abrazo 💗
