Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien, compartiendo en familia y disfrutando de estos días de descanso. El día de hoy les traigo una rica receta que tuve la oportunidad de preparar hace unos días para mi familia ya que se encontraba de visita, se trata de un delicioso ceviche de camarón que debo decirles, es la primera vez que lo preparo.

La verdad no soy mucho de preparar este tipo de comidas ya que soy alérgica al camarón, sin embargo, sé que a mi familia le gusta así que siempre es bueno darles un gustico de vez en cuando. Sin más, por aquí les compartiré el paso a paso, espero que les guste.

Lo primero que hice fue picar finamente el cilantro, cebolla roja y añadir todo en un bol, luego de esto añadí 3 cucharadas de salsa de tomate y 3 y 1/2 de mayonesa (la cantidad de las salsas dependerá de la cantidad de ceviche que vayas a preparar)

Añadí un limón entero, pimienta negra al gusto, un poco de sal y un chorrito bastante mínimo de vino blanco, recuerda que los ingredientes los puedes ir probando a ver si necesitas añadir más cantidad de alguno, revolví todo muy bien y reservé.

Paso 3️⃣
Aunque los camarones ya los había comprado limpios y cocidos decidí cocinar unos minutos más, por lo que en una olla pequeña añadí un poquito de agua con sal deje que hirviera y añadí los camarones, 3 minutos después retiré, escurrí el agua y añadí a la mezcla anterior, reservé un rato mientras fritaba unas tajadas de plátano verde para acompañar.

Y bueno amigos, de esta manera es como preparé un delicioso ceviche de camarón; la verdad es que olía super rico y me provocaba bastante pero como les dije al inicio lastimosamente no puedo consumirlo debido a que soy alérgica, sin embargo, quise consentir a mi familia y se logró ya que les encantó.
