空气炸锅炸鸡翅

年前跟风买了一个空气炸锅,炸过一次鱼,当时没有买到专门的炸锅油纸,搞得锅脏兮兮的,洗了很久才洗干净,后来知道有空气炸锅专门油纸,于是买了100个放在储物箱里备用,想着以后要买一些食物试一下,刚巧冰箱剩下了几个鸡翅,于是立马实践操作。

首先,把鸡翅进行焯水,因为鸡翅放在冰箱里面冰冻太久了,要焯出一些腥味等其他味。
第二,焯完水之后,就是腌制了,我腌制放的调料很简单,就是放点大蒜,生姜,辣椒,盐,白糖,料酒。
第三,腌好之后就把它放到专用的油纸放进锅里进行空气炸。
第四,放进空气炸锅后,调好180度的温度,定时20分钟进行蒸炸,过了20分钟之后就大功告成。

鸡翅看着还行,可能我没有把多余的汁水倒掉,鸡翅有点像炒的。总体来说,这次鸡翅味道还可以,就是没有那种焦黄脆的感觉,下次再提高吧!
