Hy guys, a lovely day to you all how are you doing today? Hope you are good and you are doing well at the moment.
    
    Having confident in yourself is also a key to living a happy and successful life, I always say this “our thoughts always play a huge role in how we feel and positive thinking leads to a confident person in life, while negativity leads to low self esteem and you missing out on so much in life. 
    
     Build up your self- confident and take the best opportunities that comes your way, many of us have for many years bombard ourselves with negative thoughts so changing your thoughts and building up your confident and the way you think won’t happen overnight but if you stick with positive affirmations they will work once you have retrained your way of thinking. There are many different techniques for dealing with different situations in life.
    
     If you have any doubt in yourself or in your abilities then write them down on a paper, screw the paper up into a ball and throw it into the trashcan and say to yourself that you can do it. By doing this you are telling yourself that those doubts are nothing but rubbish and that’s where they belong.
   
     Find somewhere quiet where you are able to relax, close your eyes and let your mind empty of all thoughts and feelings. 

    I was asked to complete 5 games using the earth splinter card; I suffered 2 defeats before completing my task for the day.
