I hope you and your loved ones are doing well and you are keeping safe as well. It is one thing to have self esteem it is another thing to develop it, many people have this same self esteem but they are yet to develop theirs. One very important thing you must take note of is not to take other peoples criticism to heart, one thing you must know is that people will always criticize you for anything you do whether good or bad. You have to leave criticism and first listen to what they have to say you might learn one or two things from it. It is said that from every nonsense there is always a sense in it. You also have to work on yourself, take out time for yourself everyday and look deep down into your lifestyles and change all your bad deeds and thoughts into a good one. Change all bad motives into good ones. You need to learn to celebrate yourself at little accomplishment, that way it will help to boost your self esteem. You must never deprive yourself of something you enjoy the most, those things you find pleasing that gives you joy is something you should always do, because it is only when you are in the right frame of mind you can be able to boost your self esteem. In my quest for today, I was given the life splinter card which I used to complete my 5 games for the day. Here is a picture of one of my battle line and a result after the battle.
