Not shortly after a hard fork and delegated issues that could of had very negative effects on the price of BTC. We are seeing prices over $3000 once more, a price that the king of crypto deserves. Bitcoin Cash sell offs might be the cause for the spike, but I think ppl have more faith in the currency after such a tribulation. For the price to spike even thought segwit is not fully locked in is proof enough to hold on to the faith that Bitcoin is here for to stay.
