<h3>Polyphia - Playing God</h3>

<div class=text-justify>I first heard <b>Polyphia</b> about a year ago, at the same time I discovered <i>Animals As Leaders</i>, and my takeaway from both bands, which have important similarities, is that every time I listen to them they surprise me but at the same time they overwhelm me.</div>

<div class=text-justify>They are extremely experimental and made up of such virtuoso musicians that sometimes it is too much to digest when listening to them. But this new Polyphia theme is simply wonderful and I can't stop listening to it. Played on acoustic guitars, it's more accessible to what they've done before, but no less experimental and surprising. The mixture of classical guitar, flamenco, rock, hip hop, smooth jazz and bossanova is a true delight for the ears.</div>

<div class=text-justify><i>Escuché por primera vez a <b>Polyphia</b> hace aproximadamente un año, al mismo tiempo que descubrí a </i>Animals As Leaders<i>, y mi conclusión de ambas bandas, que tienen similitudes importantes, es que cada vez que las escucho me sorprenden pero al mismo tiempo me abruman. </i></div>

<div class=text-justify><i>Son sumamente experimentales y formadas por músicos tan virtuosos que a veces es demasiado para digerir al escucharles. Pero este nuevo tema de Polyphia es sencillamente maravilloso y no puedo dejar de escucharlo. Interpretado con guitarras acústicas, es más accesible a lo que habían hecho antes, pero no por eso menos experimental y sorprendente. La mezcla de guitarra clásica, flamenco, rock, hip hop, smooth jazz y bossanova es un verdadero deleite para los oídos.</i></div>

<div class=text-justify>Yesterday while riding the bus back from a nearby city, and to stop hearing a child whimpering in the back seat, I put on my headphones, hit the shuffle button, and this <b>Pulp</b> classic b> was what I heard.</div>

<div class=text-justify>Curiously, the theme was very much in tune with the situation, and in addition to allowing me to see it in a different way, it allowed me to listen in depth to the details of the song, which I had not listened to with headphones for a long time, and it was an experience that I enjoyed very much, so much that has become part of my playlist of favorite songs.</div>

<div class=text-justify><i>Ayer mientras viajaba en autobús de regreso de una ciudad cercana, y para dejar de oír los lloriqueos de un niño en los asientos de atrás, me puse mis audífonos, le di al botón de shuffle, y este clásico de <b>Pulp</b> fue lo que se escuchó.</i></div>

<div class=text-justify><i>Curiosamente el tema iba muy a tono con la situación, y además de que me permitió verla de otra manera, me permitió escuchar a fondo los detalles de la canción, que hacía mucho no escuchaba con audífonos, y fue una experiencia que disfruté muchísimo, tanto que ha pasado a formar parte de mi playlist de canciones favoritas.</i></div>

<div class=text-justify>Yesterday while I was writing an article I listened to one of the first albums by the guitar duo <i>Acoustic Alchemy</i>, and when it was over Spotify played a similar song in style that I didn't recognize, and which turned out to be by the jazz guitarist Grammy winner, <b>Paul Brown</b>.</div>

<div class=text-justify>From that moment, until now when I write this publication, I have not stopped exploring their discography and I must admit that I am very pleasantly surprised with what I have heard so far, I highly recommend it.</div>

 y debo reconocer que estoy muy gratamente sorprendido con lo que he escuchado hasta ahora, se los recomiendo ampliamente.</i></div>

<div class=text-justify>I've been a fan of <b>Brass Against</b> for a few months since I discovered their version of 'The Pot' by <i>Tool</i>, with Sophia Urista, and they literally left me speechless, both for the arrangement of the theme as for the powerful voice of Sophia.</div>

<div class=text-justify>They have recently published other covers of iconic rock songs, and some of them are with another excellent voice that was unknown to me, Cunio. As proof of his abilities, and that of Brass Against, I leave you with this classic song, and one of my favorites, by Led Zeppelin.</div>

<div class=text-justify><i>Recientemente han publicado otros covers de temas icónicos del rock, y algunos de ellos son con otra excelente voz que me era desconocida, la de Cunio. Como prueba de su capacidad, y la de Brass Against, les dejo este tema clásico, y uno de mis favoritos, de Led Zeppelin.</i></div>
